A few years ago, Henry had the opportunity to help friend and colleague, Christi Azevedo renovate a turn of the century carriage house on her recently purchased property in Oakland. The 360 square-foot former pigeon roost was in desperate need of some TLC and Henry was in need of a living space. So he took on the challenge of transforming the carriage house into an livable modern loft and then got to enjoy residing there for the next year.
The renovation came off so well they even gathered some friendly attention from the guys over at Dwell Magazine. Check out the awesome little shout out for this inspired little house!
